Luz has 15 years of experience in the European and Israeli venture capital scene after being an entrepreneur, a VC Fund Manager, and a VC Fund-of-Funds Manager. Luz made investments totalling more than €400m of commitments and held more than 40 advisory seats. Luz worked for 6 years as a senior fund-of-funds manager at the European Investment Fund. Previously, she was fund manager at Corsabe, a €50m Spanish VC fund including companies such as lnfojobs Internacional, Eolia Renovables, Oryzon and Softonic in her portfolio. Luz has also founded 2 companies: MWL-RJL, a consulting company advising on the best investment opportunities in venture and growth capital globally and Arlas Invest, a clean tech company with a disruptive technology.

Iren is an experienced venture capitalist with hands-on experience in building companies. She joined RED from YL Ventures, a Silicon Valley-headquartered top-tier venture capital firm focused on Israeli technology investments, where she worked as a Principal focused on deal sourcing, investment due diligence, business development, and industry research. She served as a Board Observer and worked closely with CXOs of portfolio companies such as Karamba Security and Ride Vision. Prior to YL Ventures, Iren worked at the Israeli Ministry of Finance’s International Affairs Department, where she specialized in Foreign Direct Investments and other macro-economic factors of the Israeli economy. In addition, she was a Fellow at the China-Israel Task Force, working at Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office and developing economic initiatives between China and Israel.

Iren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Economics and Political Science and an Executive MBA both from the Hebrew University.
Rocio has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting and investment banking in Europe, Latam and the US. She was a Principal at Bain & Company where she advised PE firms, leading commercial due diligences and post-acquisition work across several industries including Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer Products. Rocio has deep expertise in strategy, digital marketing and innovation. She supported management teams to develop strategies to outgrow their markets, implement digital marketing capabilities and focus on high performing innovation.
She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Granada, an MsC in Financial Engineering from the University of Alcala de Henares and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Lenka has more than ten years of experience in venture capital and investment banking. Prior to joining RED, she was Investment Director at SeedRocket 4Founders Capital, a VC firm focused on investments in early-stage technology companies. Previously, Lenka led cross-border M&A and fundraising deals as a Vice President at GP Bullhound, an international investment bank and investment firm specialized in the technology sector. Prior to that, she worked as an Investment Associate at Cabiedes & Partners, a VC firm investing in Consumer Internet. Lenka started her career at the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley in London, as an Analyst in the M&A execution team and the Equity Capital Markets team.

Álvaro has four years of work experience in venture capital and investment banking. He joined from Alma Mundi Ventures, an international VC fund, where he was a leading analyst in a number of Series A and Series B investments. Álvaro started his career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Banc Sabadell in Madrid where he focused on deal execution in the healthcare and retail practice. Álvaro also completed internships at the generalist corporate finance boutique V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in Madrid and at the finance department of Iberia Airlines in Frankfurt am Main.
